Comprehensive Care for the Whole Person

Every service at Shepherd's Way is designed with one goal: to help young people and their families find a path to lasting healing — body, mind, and spirit.

01

Individual Counseling for Adolescents

One-on-one, tailored to your teen

Every young person's story is different. In individual sessions, I create a private, confidential space where your teen can speak freely — about their struggles, their fears, and their hopes. Together, we work through the underlying causes of substance use and build the skills and resilience needed for lasting change.

Schedule an Individual Session

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques
  • Motivational Interviewing to build intrinsic motivation
  • Trauma-informed approaches when needed
  • Goal-setting and relapse prevention planning

Family Counseling & Support

Healing together as a family

Substance use doesn't happen in isolation — it affects the entire family. Family sessions help parents and siblings understand what their loved one is going through, repair strained relationships, and learn how to provide support without enabling. Recovery is a team effort, and I'm here to coach your whole team.

Faith-Integrated Recovery Sessions

Spiritual principles meet evidence-based care

For individuals and families where faith is a meaningful part of life, I offer sessions that intentionally weave spiritual reflection into the therapeutic process. This isn't about religion — it's about connecting to something larger than the struggle, finding purpose, and drawing on the deep well of hope that faith provides.

Assessment & Treatment Planning

A clear, compassionate path forward

Before treatment begins, I conduct a thorough assessment to understand the full picture — the nature and extent of substance use, co-occurring mental health concerns, family dynamics, and personal strengths. From this, we build a treatment plan that is realistic, individualized, and grounded in hope.
